Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to lead revenue growth across major IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers. You will build executive relationships, develop enterprise account plans, and align the portfolio to customer priorities to win large opportunities.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate Accounts, this role supports assigned customers remotely, with 50–75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in healthcare sales or strategic accounts.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision makers.
• Proven ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to translate customer priorities into growth strategies.
