Leica Biosystems Inc. is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to own and grow revenue with IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers.

You will serve as the executive-facing leader, building relationships to drive enterprise opportunities and market share gains while coordinating cross-functional resources. This remote-facing role requires a hunter mindset, with 50-75% travel and the ability to travel overnight for territory coverage and customer engagements within designated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of healthcare sales, strategic accounts, or related experience.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision makers.
• Ability to lead account plans and drive enterprise opportunities in a matrix environment.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to translate customer priorities into growth strategies.
