Job summary

Leica Biosystems Inc. is hiring a Strategic Accounts Executive to own revenue growth across IDNs, health systems and academic medical centers, building executive relationships to drive enterprise opportunities.

This remote-friendly role reports to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate Accounts and requires 50–75% travel; base salary $140,000–$170,000 with total target compensation of $220,000–$250,000, plus SIC depending on performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years in healthcare sales/strategic accounts/biomedical field.
Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision makers in large health systems.
Proven ability to manage strategic account plans and enterprise opportunities.
Strong negotiation and executive presentation skills.
Ability to translate healthcare market dynamics into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Own revenue growth and market expansion across assigned health systems and IDNs.
Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities and opportunities.
Create and close enterprise opportunities aligning Leica portfolio to customer objectives.
Establish executive-level relationships to accelerate opportunity progression.
Mobilize cross-functional resources to drive revenue growth and share gain.
