Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a senior business development professional to drive custom adhesive solutions for complex global accounts in the consumer electronics sector across the West Coast. Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally; location within the territory is required.

You will partner with Application Engineering and R&D to develop long-term customer solutions, manage strategic accounts, and lead negotiations using a value-based selling approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development or direct sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the consumer electronics industry.
• Proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent strategic selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (25 kg).
