You will craft account plans, manage multi-million dollar portfolios, and drive value-based negotiations with stakeholders across procurement, technical, and operations. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industrial sales experience with revenue growth proven.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with annual revenues of approximately $5M-$10M.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements using value-based selling approaches.
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Deliver customer-focused solutions by identifying needs and aligning H.B. Fuller capabilities.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and pricing tools to manage account activity and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, customer service, and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
