The role requires up to 40% travel domestically and internationally, with preference for experience in PCB, thermal management, or data center markets.

You will manage strategic accounts, partner with engineering teams, and lead high-level negotiations to expand revenue while delivering value-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong understanding of the consumer electronics industry.
• Proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent strategic selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Drive development, lead generation, and growth of custom adhesive solutions for complex global accounts in consumer electronics.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities (~60% of time).
• Develop strategic account growth plans and align resources to customer priorities.
• Provide customized technical support and value-based solutions.
• Lead negotiations and present to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain market knowledge of consumer electronics trends and translate insights into the sales process.
