In this customer-facing role, you'll act as a technical advisor, developing multi-vendor solutions and deep relationships with strategic accounts. Qualifications

Responsibilities
Act as technical owner for 5–10 strategic accounts.
Assess customer needs and translate them into tailored multi-vendor solutions.
Lead discovery sessions, technical demos, and workshops with customer stakeholders.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Skills
Pre-sales, consulting, or technical account experience
Understanding of enterprise technologies
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to present to technical and executive audiences
Collaborative work in a matrixed environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent
Industry certifications relevant to infrastructure technologies
