Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of Red Hat products, strong executive communication skills, and a proven track record in customer success and strategic account planning.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in solution architecture and full sales cycle management (pre- and post-sales).
• Proven ability to articulate business value and lead technical discussions with executive audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations with customers and Sales teams to define architecture.
• Design solutions aligned with customer business objectives and respond to RFPs with technical guidance.
• Create and manage Customer Success Plans for onboarding and implementation.
