Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution, while engaging with large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, manage analytics, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, and email. You will build relationships across customer levels, execute sales plans, and collaborate with production, supply chain, and marketing to drive volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering in volume and value; develop sales plans aligned with marketing in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and analyze market data to inform pricing and product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
