Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small-to-medium customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region. You will lead leads, define sales territories, provide technical solutions, and engage via face-to-face, phone, or email channels.

Regional scope may be variable, potentially global. You will build strong relationships with influencers, develop forecasts with production and supply chain, and execute sales plans to drive volume and value while navigating

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

• Maintain and expand the regional account portfolio and Dow presence.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market and align sales plans with marketing.
• Maintain relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; coordinate with production and supply chain for forecasts.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
