Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to grow our regional account base and support distribution networks across small to mid-size customers. You will build relationships, define territories and deliver technical solutions to customer challenges.

You will collaborate across functions to execute sales and marketing plans, develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and shape pricing strategies while navigating regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value, and align the sales plan with the marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
