Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Specialist located in our Pacific Northwest region. This role focuses on supporting small to medium-size customers and managing distribution within the market.

In addition, you will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers. The role requires driving sales growth, defining territories, delivering sales analytics, and collaborating across production and supply chain to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities.
• Maintain relationships across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value targets.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to shape sales strategy.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
