Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking a Manager, Strategic Account Performance to lead data-driven sales strategy across small to mid-sized retailers.

You will develop strategic account plans, deliver business insights, and drive brand performance through analysis of promotions, pricing, and market trends. You will partner with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities, present insights to stakeholders, and optimize campaigns and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field
• CPG industry experience required
• Sales or Trade Marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with small to mid-sized chain retailers
• Analyze sales data to provide actionable recommendations
• Evaluate promotions and campaigns and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and present business insights to stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity
• Lead planning and optimization of promotional campaigns and loyalty programs
• Monitor pricing performance and maximize ROI
• Stay current on industry trends and drive account management excellence
