Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an Account Manager to build long‑lasting relationships with utility customers. You will own a portfolio of accounts, develop strategies, and collaborate with pricing, engineering, and leadership to win business and ensure satisfaction.

The role requires developing customer strategies, negotiating contracts, maintaining CRM pipelines, and traveling 50% or more to meet client needs and fuel growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a technical discipline.
• Solid experience in sales or with commercial teams in an industrial/utility environment.
• Experience with senior level relationships at large scale electric utilities.

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer relationships with responsibility for growth and performance.
• Develop account strategies to ensure long‑lasting, productive customer relationships.
• Partner with project management and cross‑functionally within Systems Control to advocate for client needs including pricing, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership.
• Build deep understanding of customers’ needs and Systems Control’s offering to win business.
• Support contract negotiations and develop robust CRM pipeline for new and existing clients.
• Travel 50% or more.
