Job summary

Airgas is hiring an Account Manager in Oakland, NJ to build and sustain high-value partnerships across our business and industrial sectors. The role focuses on growing the assigned territory by nurturing existing accounts and pursuing new opportunities as a consultative partner.

You will coordinate product lines, manage relationships, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure value and healthy margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with solution-selling.
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advance territory growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying new partnerships.
• Communicate clearly to support customers’ business goals.
• Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve sales milestones and prioritize opportunities.
• Implement account partnership strategies including regular business reviews for key customers.
• Coordinate information across all phases of the partnership lifecycle to ensure growth.
