Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Senior Account Manager to sustain and grow a portfolio of managed accounts. You will be the primary communication link, coordinating with multiple departments and senior-level managers, while driving service performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include relationship expansion, CBRS preparation, root-cause analysis, and supporting global account management with a strong focus on profitability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years in brokerage or transportation with knowledge of customs/regs; account management or customer service experience.
• CCS and Broker License preferred.
• MS Office and Outlook proficiency required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high-volume, time-sensitive work capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with customers and key accounts; ensure service performance.
• Serve as primary SPOC and liaison across departments; coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Develop Desk Level Procedures and customer SOP interpretations; present CBRS.
• Identify root causes of service failures and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management; assist with claims and duty related matters.
• Support training; mentor staff; provide global account management as needed.
