Job summary

Winter Services LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee snow removal and landscaping projects, manage customer accounts transitioning from Business Development, and drive service quality and profitability.

You will coordinate with the General Manager and Production team, monitor budgets, prepare enhancement proposals, and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in snow removal and landscaping project management.
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and renewals.
• Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Proficient in budgeting and job costing.
• Ability to multi-task under deadlines.
• Willingness to perform site visits and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Team player with strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers from Business Development.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Manage renewals and billing through CRM.
• Identify expansion opportunities in landscape and snow removal.
• Coordinate enhancement projects from initiation to completion.
• Schedule crews with Production Manager and monitor timelines.
• Provide weekly CRM and progress reports.
• Monitor budgets and ensure profitability.
• Communicate status to senior management.
• Assist with year-round budget planning.
