Job summary

Winter Services LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee snow removal and landscaping projects, manage customer accounts, and drive service renewal and expansion opportunities. You will coordinate with operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery and strong client relationships.

The role demands strategic account management, budgeting, and regular communication with senior leadership to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping services including design, maintenance, irrigation and horticulture.
• Proven track record of managing customer accounts and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and transition accounts from Business Development.
• Serve as primary contact for existing and new accounts.
• Manage snow and landscape renewals through the CRM (Salesforce).
• Identify expansion opportunities and enhancement projects for customers.
• Coordinate enhancement projects with budgets, timelines and specs.
• Prepare and present enhancement proposals to meet sales goals.
• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly progress updates on pipeline.
• Ensure timely invoicing and communicate account status to leadership.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Maintain safety standards and customer satisfaction across services.
