Job summary

Winter Services, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee snow removal and landscaping projects, manage customer accounts, and drive service excellence. The role emphasizes transitioning customers from Business Development, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality maintenance and enhancement work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping services including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Proven track record in managing customer accounts and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers with Business Development.
• Serve as the primary contact for existing and new customer accounts.
• Manage snow removal and landscape renewal processes in Salesforce CRM.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with current customers.
• Coordinate and manage landscaping enhancement projects from initiation to completion.
