Job summary

Winter Services LLC, a leading provider of snow removal and landscaping services, seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee accounts in the Elgin area and coordinate cross‑functional teams. You will transition accounts from Business Development, manage renewals in Salesforce, and drive profitability with effective budgeting and client relations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer accounts and delivering projects.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with landscaping design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Familiarity with landscaping software (Aspire, Salesforce, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for site visits.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers with Business Development.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and manage renewals in CRM.
• Coordinate snow and landscape projects, monitor budgets and profitability.
• Prepare proposals and present enhancement opportunities to customers.
• Schedule crews and allocate resources with Production Manager.
• Provide weekly CRM and project progress reporting.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure quality service.
