Job summary

Winter Services LLC seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead customer relationships in snow removal and landscaping. You will manage transitions from Business Development, oversee project delivery, and ensure high-quality service while growing the customer base.

Ideal candidates have strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills, with fluency in Spanish as a plus and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping services including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Proven track record managing customer accounts and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and teams.
• Proficiency in project management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers from Business Development.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage snow and landscape renewals through CRM (Salesforce).
• Identify expansion opportunities in landscape and snow removal services.
• Coordinate enhancement projects from initiation to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and present enhancement proposals to meet quarterly sales goals.
• Record proposals and track pipeline daily in Salesforce.
• Provide weekly CRM progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Schedule crews and allocate resources with Production Manager.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability.
• Communicate account status and financial performance to senior management.
