Job summary

Groundmasters Landscape Services LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee snow removal and landscaping projects, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with the operations team to deliver high-quality service.

You will transition accounts from Business Development, renew contracts, prepare enhancement proposals, monitor budgets, and ensure profitability while maintaining strong communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of landscaping services, including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Proven track record of managing customer accounts and successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with landscaping software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers from Business Development to your area.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and newly assigned customer accounts.
• Manage snow removal and landscaping projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Prepare and present enhancement proposals to meet sales goals.
• Record all proposals and track progress in Salesforce daily.
• Provide weekly CRM pipeline reports and ensure profitability.
