Job summary

Winter Services LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead customer relationships across snow removal and landscaping projects. You will transition accounts from Business Development, oversee service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction.

You will work with the General Manager and Enhancement Manager on project costing, track budgets, prepare proposals, and drive renewals and growth through Salesforce-driven pipelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping services including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Proven track record in managing customer accounts and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and conduct site visits.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers from Business Development.
• Serve as primary contact for all assigned customer accounts.
• Manage renewals for snow and landscape services via Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with customers.
• Coordinate and manage landscaping enhancement projects from initiation to completion.
• Schedule crews and allocate resources with Production Manager.
• Monitor project budgets and profitability.
• Provide weekly CRM pipeline reports to management.
