Job summary

Winter Services LLC in Lemont, IL seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead customer engagements after Business Development handoffs. You will manage snow removal and landscaping projects, ensure service quality, and grow long-term client relationships through proactive account management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping services including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Proven track record managing customer accounts and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and teams.
• Proficient in project management and budgeting.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with landscaping software (Aspire, Salesforce, Netsuite).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers from Business Development.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and renewals in CRM.
• Identify opportunities to expand landscape and snow removal services.
• Prepare and present enhancement proposals to meet sales goals.
• Coordinate enhancement projects from initiation to completion with budgets and timelines.
• Schedule crews with Production Manager and manage resources.
• Monitor progress with site visits and quality checks.
• Provide weekly CRM pipeline reporting against sales goals.
• Ensure profitability by tracking budgets and expenses.
