The role collaborates with Outside Sales and Transition Specialists to ensure a smooth client ownership transition, achieve quota, and present Paycom's value. Travel up to 75% is required. Paycom offers health insurance, 401(k) with match, vacation, and more.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing client relationships and drive revenue growth through usage and expansion.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Transition Specialists to ensure smooth client ownership transitions.
• Achieve sales quota and revenue goals via retention and account expansion strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and present value of Paycom solutions.
• Maintain relationships at the C-level and throughout client organizations.
