Job summary

Elsevier's Research Intelligence team seeks an Account Manager to drive New Sales and renewals across the Midwest region (IL, IN, OH, KY). You will expand the Research Intelligence portfolio by identifying prospects and upsell opportunities while nurturing existing relationships with customers and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing to maximize value and renewal rates, leveraging Salesforce and internal tools to guide strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct sales in complex SaaS solutions.
• Experience in strategic account planning and management.
• Proven track record selling enterprise software internationally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Attain bookings targets for Research Intelligence solutions.
• Apply consultative approach to client needs and map to solutions.
• Develop and execute account strategies across levels of accounts.
• Maintain Salesforce records and forecast sales using Clari.
