You will drive performance metrics, participate in recruitment and onboarding, and collaborate with clients to meet and exceed service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires active involvement in recruitment and hiring processes
• Must understand contractual agreements and maximize opportunities
• Able to improve financial performance and profitability of the account
• Familiar with client service metrics and maintaining visibility with the client
• Ability to train, coach and develop team members and provide feedback

Responsibilities

• Oversee one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and ensure performance against financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives
• Manage scheduling, overtime for associates, timekeeping and payroll reporting
• Ensure forecasts and accounting reports are accurate and on time
• Maintain compliance with Towne Park systems and policies
• Develop cohesive relationships with client staff and maintain regular meetings and communication
• Forecast seasonal staffing needs and ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Drive client loyalty and identify opportunities to grow Towne Park’s business
