• Oversee one Towne Park account and manage performance against financial and guest/patient satisfaction metrics
• Ensure scheduling, overtime, and timekeeping are accurate and compliant
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training and performance feedback
• Maintain client relationships and ensure adherence to service standards and contracts
