Towne Park, LLC. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, driving financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction and client success. The role emphasizes leadership in operations, human resources, service delivery and safety, with opportunity for growth through strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission and have a valid license with a clean driving record.
• For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 and able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Oversees a Towne Park account to meet financial, guest/patient satisfaction and client satisfaction objectives.
• Manages financial systems, forecasting, payroll reporting and performance metrics for the account.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding and development of associates; maintains training and coaching.
• Ensures service standards, client relationships and open communication with the client team.
• Trains staff on Towne Park systems, policies and procedures; promotes safety and risk management.
• Develops opportunities to grow Towne Park business through client loyalty and referrals.
