Job summary

Schill Grounds Management is seeking an Account Manager/Client Care Specialist to oversee client accounts, retain and grow contracts, and coordinate with the snow operations team to ensure high-quality service throughout the year.

You will prepare estimates, visit client sites, and manage landscape crews while promoting additional services to enhance client investments. Strong communication and horticultural knowledge are essential, with flexibility for extended winter hours outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and existing clients to sell maintenance and snow removal contracts.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for clients.
• Conduct daily on-site visits and regular phone contact to ensure quality services and satisfaction.
• Direct landscape crews on maintenance service orders with a detailed plan.
• Offer additional services to educate and grow landscape investments.
• Schedule and coordinate daily activities with Branch Manager and Operations.
• Follow all company policies and perform other duties.
