Responsibilities

• Under supervision, develop and maintain assigned long-term client relationships and provide sales or consultative support.
• Serve as point of contact for client matters and identify opportunities to expand servicing with existing clients.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and fees; work with in-house counsel on contract terms.
• Participates in analysis, assessment and documentation of client requirements; forecast and track key account metrics.
• Manage processes in the contract and coordinate with partners to resolve implementation and production issues.
