Job summary

PNC is seeking an Account Manager within its Financial Wellness Solutions group, based in the East Territory. You will deepen client relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and promote adoption of health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and other offerings.

You'll collaborate with client services teams and internal partners to grow your book of business, with regular travel within the territory and a focus on long-term client satisfaction and revenue expansion.

Qualifications

• University degree required, 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Travel within an assigned territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and provide consultative service.
• Serve as liaison between clients and operations; discuss pricing and scope of service.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and fees when contracts modify.
• Analyze client requirements and forecast key account metrics.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with partners to ensure smooth delivery.
