Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage client invoices.
• Participate in contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project status and strengthen relationships.
• Oversee project management activities including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Identify and resolve operational, client, and project-related issues.
• Develop and deliver reports on project performance, financial metrics, client activity, and outcomes.
• Facilitate conflict resolution among clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and goals.
