PNC's Business Banking team in the Dallas/Fort Worth market is seeking a Relationship Manager II to coordinate client relationships, grow sales, and expand market share with moderate supervision. You will assess credit and non-credit products, manage risk, and leverage internal networks to bring the full range of PNC solutions to clients.

A 5+ year track record in banking and a bachelor’s degree are typical requirements for this in-office role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• No sponsorship for employment visas or STEM OPT for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates relationship management activities to grow sales, revenue and market share in a book of business.
• Manages origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
• Identifies and mitigates risks (regulatory, reputational, operational, credit).
• Provides client insights to deepen engagement and loyalty.
• Leverages internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk for more complex requests.
