Responsibilities

• Retain existing company relationships and drive retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Transition teams for smooth client transitions.
• Achieve sales quota and revenue goals through client retention and upsell strategies.
• Present performance metrics, conduct regular business reviews, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Engage in face-to-face meetings weekly and develop a strategic account plan.
