A strong focus on renewal and opportunity development is required. The position offers a base salary with an uncapped commission plan; travel up to 75% is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships to drive retention and expansion.
• Achieves sales quota and revenue goals through client retention and account expansion.
• Presents the value proposition of Paycom software and services to clients.
• Conducts regular business reviews and client meetings to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Collaborates with Outside Sales and Transition teams to ensure smooth ownership transitions and ongoing service.
