Paycom Software Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (Client Relations Representative) to retain and grow our existing client relationships. You will collaborate with sales and transition teams, drive usage, and identify new revenue opportunities while maintaining C-level relationships.

The role requires traveling up to 75% and achieving quota through retention and expansion. We offer base salary, benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and an employee stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strategic sales experience and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand existing client relationships to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Transition teams during onboarding.
• Lead client meetings and present value of Paycom solutions.
• Monitor usage, create strategic reviews, and identify growth opportunities.
• Travel up to 75% as required for in-person engagements.
