Airgas in Slidell, LA seeks an Account Manager to grow a high-value territory by deepening existing client relationships and identifying new partnerships. You will act as a consultative partner, integrating Airgas solutions to add significant value and drive sustainable growth.

The role requires a track record in B2B sales, CRM proficiency, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders. Base pay plus commission supports a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or 2–3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably industrial/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to grow territory and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Expand territory by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Serve as consultative partner to integrate Airgas solutions for customers’ operations.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to ensure value delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain healthy margins and growth.
