Airgas is hiring an Account Manager in La Porte, TX to expand our business in the local territory. You will nurture existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and act as a consultative partner to help customers integrate our gas, safety, and process solutions.

You will build strategic plans, conduct regular reviews, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure value and sustainable growth for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in industrial gas or related industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve milestones while collaborating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by deepening relationships with existing clients and identify new partnerships.
• Develop strategic roadmaps to achieve sales milestones and manage time effectively.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to ensure value delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to support account goals and growing margins.
• Understand customer needs and present solutions that add measurable value.
