• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Experience in client relationship management and sales support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Provide sales or consultative support and liaise between clients and servicing units.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and fees; review terms with counsel as needed.
• Analyze client requirements, forecast key metrics, and identify customization needs.
• Manage contract processes and serve as escalation point for high-severity issues.
