Job summary

PNC prioritizes people and client success. An Account Manager in the Financial Wellness Solutions group will grow relationships across Large Corporate, DIG, and FIG clients, and travel within the East Territory to engage and expand our wallet share with tailored financial wellness programs.

You will design and implement programs like health accounts, student debt solutions, and earned wage access, driving value through a consultative approach and strong collaboration with client services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in account management and client engagement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide sales or consultative support and liaise with servicing units.
• Identify new servicing opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and contract terms as needed.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and adapt as required.
