Job summary

PNC is seeking an Account Manager in the Financial Wellness Solutions group based in the East Territory. You will deepen existing client relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and ensure adoption and growth across our health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and other offerings for Large Corporate clients.

You will partner with client services teams and internal partners to grow the book of business, travel regularly within the territory, and deliver

Qualifications

• University degree required with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired but not required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain assigned long-term client relationships and serve as liaison between clients and servicing units.
• Identify and develop new servicing opportunities with existing clients.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and servicing fees with clients; coordinate with in-house counsel as needed.
• Analyze client requirements, forecast and track key account metrics, and coordinate implementat ion with partners.
• Manage contract processes and resolve implementation issues; escalate critical requests to maintain client satisfaction.
