Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking an Account Manager for Randstad Digital in a hybrid role based in Florida. You will drive new business with direct client engagement, plan territory coverage, and sell our digital transformation services.

You will leverage industry knowledge to help customers achieve higher engagement and experience, acting as a trusted consultant to senior client stakeholders and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Three years of selling technical products.
• Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation and influence skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through direct client engagement and territory planning.
• Position Randstad Digital to maximize growth within key segments.
• Act as an expert business consultant within the industry segment.
• Maintain and grow relations with clients as their primary contact.
• Lead execution of new agreements to beat revenue and margin targets.
