Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking an Account Manager for Randstad Digital in the Cleveland or Columbus area to drive new business and manage key client relationships. You will plan territory, engage directly with clients, and position our digital services for growth.

You will leverage your experience selling technical products, building trusted advisor relationships, and delivering value through a hybrid work model that blends office and client-site work.

Qualifications

• 3 years of selling technical products.
• Proven history of expanding services within accounts.
• Strong client relationship skills built on integrity.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influence.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Track record of outperforming targets.
• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives.

• Leverage industry knowledge to show how tech transforms customers’ businesses.
• Serve as an expert business consultant in an industry segment.
• Strengthen relationships by engaging clients as primary contact.
• Amplify current relationships and growth within accounts.
• Leverage strengths to be recognized as the driver of digital transformation in cloud, CX, data & analytics.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and cultivate senior-level client relationships and internal partners to grow revenue.
• Lead execution of new agreements to exceed revenue/margin targets.
