Paycom is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (Client Relations Representative) to retain and grow existing client relationships, drive usage, retention, and revenue. You will work with Outside Sales and Transition teams to ensure smooth handoffs and exceptional service, with up to 75% travel.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven strategic sales experience, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. An uncapped commission plan complements a $95,000 base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strategic sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Experience in competitive environments with a history of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to engage executives.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to drive retention and revenue.
• Partner with Outside Sales and Transition teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and continuity.
• Achieve sales quotas and revenue goals through retention and expansion strategies.
• Analyze client needs, provide solutions, and identify opportunities to maximize Paycom value.
• Present value propositions to clients and conduct regular business reviews with metrics.
