Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, business administration, design, or related field.
• Five+ years’ experience in account management, sales, design, project management, or another client-facing role.
• Experience in contract furniture dealership or related industry.
• Proven ability to recommend and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Strong communication across audiences and situations.
• Experience with CRM software, business applications, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison for all work and parties on the account(s) and maintain a comprehensive view of client needs.
• Develop and present quotes; ensure contracts, signatures, deposits, and close of sale.
• Coordinate pre-order, project, and workflow management with internal teams.
• Advance client goals with targeted add-on or new product offerings.
• Coach teams and foster collaborative, inclusive relationships across the organization.
