Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business brand-owner relationships. You will manage direct accounts, craft annual sales plans, and coordinate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong opportunity pipeline.

The role may involve global negotiations and projects, requiring collaboration with multiple stakeholders and expert use of CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• US work eligibility required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio; develop and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
