Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner. The role entails developing and executing annual sales plans, leveraging Dow’s portfolio, and partnering with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

The position involves managing multiple stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and may include select global negotiations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above a U.S. E5/Canadian rank is required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
