Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional accounts and key brand-owner relationships. You will develop annual sales plans, leverage Dowportfolio strengths, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and potentially global negotiations. Located across multiple U.S. sites with East Coast remote possibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Explain short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
