Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts focused on a key global brand owner in personal care. The role may involve global negotiations and cross-functional teamwork with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, deliver annual sales plans, and collaborate across functions to drive growth and improve customer experience across regions, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Explain short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
